This year I got myself a “healthy”present, I finally found the perfect yoga retreat. Wroga. Yoga and writing.
It’s not easy to find a yoga retreat if you are not looking for a “hardcore” one. By hardcore I mean doing yoga more or less all day long and “enjoying” herbal teas only in some hot country. I also want to enjoy a little 🙂
That’s why October is perfect for me, it’s around 24 degrees max in Göcek/ Turkey and the retreat looks fab, not to mention the surroundings.
So excited and a bit nervous as this is going to be my first solo trip since my diagnosis but I really need some time off my MS daily routine and get some fresh brain input and inspiration. Relax. Escape. Breathe. Write.
