OMS diet

When I tell people about the OMS diet I follow, the first question I usually get is “so, what CAN you eat?”

Believe me, there is plenty to eat and I’m loving it! As it’s Sunday I didn’t have the option to get fresh fish, hence a vegan day. I decided to take pics of all my meals today to show you what an OMS diet looks like.

As you know, a picture is worth a thousand words…

  • Breakfast: Green smoothie ( kale, fresh pineapple, banana, coconut water, chia, hemp, linseed, bee pollen, flaxseed oil and vegan chocolate protein powder)
  • Lunch:      Broccoli soup with fresh mint – sounds weird, tastes fantastic! Added a bit of quinoa, healthy carbs
  • Snack:      Berry & Nuts mix ( almonds, raisins, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, goji berries and pistachio)
  • Dinner:     Red and black lentil chili, 1/2 avocado and again some quinoa. Plus a cheeky glass of Lost Luggage Tempranillo, I hate to waste wine 😉
